In conjunction with our 10th Anniversary and our business expansion to new premises late last year we are pleased to announce that we have recently achieved our latest ISO Certification.
Following a year of working with an independent body, the team at RFI Seals & Gaskets Ltd. has been awarded their latest quality certification, BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. This award is supported by business and is a quality standard recognised world-wide. This award recognises our team's efforts and commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of UK business holding this certificate, RFI Seals & Gaskets Ltd. is now at the forefront of quality service and customer care.
We have always been proud of the service we offer our clients. Now with this award it has been confirmed by an independent outside agency and their experts, who have judged our efforts on a daily basis.
At the time of our presentation our assessor paid particular tribute to "the investment in people and training that enables RFI Seals & Gaskets Ltd. to provide efficient service to their customer" Something that our team were particularly proud of as it recognises all of our efforts.
